Just wanted to thank you for your quick and excellent response to my crisis in the middle of the night. You had us cleaned up and rebuilt "Like it never it even happened." faster then I could have hoped for in my wildest dreams.

I had a septic tank backup in the middle of the night.  I called SERVPRO of Haines City/Polk City, they were at my home within 45 minutes.  The two crew members came in and immediately starting extraction, placed the machines and came back everyday for a week.  Great place.
